ASURION 4 Year Luggage Protection Plan ($125 - $149.99)

EXCELLENT company!! I used this company yeeears ago for my "Nextel" phones. They were excellent then as they proven to be excellent now. I have purchased other luggage & insurances for family members. NONE compares to Asurion protection! I purchased a set of luggage for myself in Dec. 2020 and waited a few weeks later to purchase this protection plan that was offered. it was definitely a good/wise decision. I travel 3/4 times a year since retiring and Nov 2024 while traveling, the airline i used completely destroyed my checked bag. I thought the plan had expired but to my surprise I had 4 year coverage which would expire in a few weeks, I contacted the company, gave them the necessary information they requestedabout the damage and within 48 hours I received a FULL refund for my 3 piece set not just a partial payment for the one damaged piece. It was easy, it was hassle free, what a pleasant surprise. I LOVE this company and will be using them any way I can, any time I can. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you ASURION!!!!

Wheels broke on my luggage and my luggage was slightly out of warranty (that's how it always happens, it seems) -- Asurion's claim process was easy, got the amazon gift card quickly to cover the cost.

I bought the Asurion protection plan for a luggage purchase, after one use with the luggage, I contact Asurion that the TSA zipper was no longer working; went onto the Asurion website, filed a claim, within minutes Asurion refunded my entire purchase for the luggage.Unbelievable that a protection plan actually did want what they claimed!!Great Job Asurion!!

I purchased the Luggage Protection Coverage for a TravelPro bag I bought my wife. The telescoping handle became stuck after one of our trips. I tried to file a claim though the website for Asurion (the bag was just over 1 year old) and it kept telling me I had to file a claim with TravelPro. When I contacted TravelPro, they said the part was out of stock and they had no idea when it would be available. I could not find a number to call Asurion, and finally had to call Amazon to get it. After several tries, I talked to someone and Asurion and they immediately issued me a Amazon credit. I did not have to send any pictures, or return the bag. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because of the difficulty of reaching them when their automatic system kept rejecting my claim. I now have their number if I need to call them in the future.

This plan worked perfectly. Had defective luggage and the manufacturer was giving us a hassle. Asurion took care of everything easily with no questions and a full refund. This was far better than I expected. I will buy one of their protection plans with every purchase I can, now.
