DON'T BUY THIS unless you want CANCER for free!!!The seeds are coated with some plastic like substance and coloured. When I washed, the water became dark green.There is no refund or replacement policy, so can't do much.Don't buy at any cost.

These are not bad, but has a slight tinge of bitterness (not really bitter, but using that for the lack of a better word (perhaps, astringent ?). My mother compared this with those she buys locally and said that the local ones have a thinner green layer. I am not sure if that is a good thing nutritionally, but it doesn't spoil the taste too much. The packet came with no MRP or weight.I bought these to create my own seed mix along with the Watermelon and Sunflower seeds. To this, I mix Flax and White Sesame seeds at the time of eating to create a very healthy mix at a cost effective price (compared to Cashews, Almonds etc.).I am removing one star because the pouch came with a very low quality ziplock (it is hard to reseal and gets undone very easily) and for being expensive compared to local wholesale stores (again, my Mom says that she buys 100gm for something like Rs.50).

Came packed in sealed bag to maintain freshness. Clean, no debris, just fine looking seeds. Arrived on time. I toasted mine in hot air popper and they are so delicious I can’t stop eating! Best price for pumpkin seeds I could find on Amazon and can’t imagine any other would be better. Recommended. I will purchase again when these are finished.

Though the delivery was delayed but the product quality is very good . Big size ,good packing,fresh seed. I would be a repeat buyer . Why the 900gms pack and not 1Kg.

I shall not suggest it. After it was delivered, at the starting it was not bad but after one month it was not tested good.

It is fresh, clean and wholesome. Its medical effects could be perceived after a continuous use for at least twelve weeks.
