For the ppl using this to strain yogurt: will this hold a full gallon of milk?

I don’t think it’s big enough for a gallon, perhaps a half gallon.

How tall are these filters? In other words, how high are the sides?

My filters measure 4 1/4 inches high on the sides.

What is the diameter of the filter when flat? We use basket filters with our pour setup (they are cheaper than cones). Thx.

I'm not sure I bought these when I was employed and am now retired Yay! However I did look at the specifications on the product listing and it says 12.5X4 I do know that they are for one of those large professional Bun machines so if those are the filters you use these will fit
