They’re supposed to be for fever but one hot summer when I almost passed out my doctor said to try them to keep my body cool; they worked! I’ve since used them for migraines heat intolerance, to keep wedding parties, especially the guys cool(by putting them under the clothes mostly on their backs, under dress straps, over the heart for immediate cooling etc! But get the kids one bc the adult ones have menthol which might mess with you. You’re welcome!

Great for fevers on all ages. It self sticks to the body with a light adhesive (not too sticky not too loose). The gel in it helps cool down the fever. I've been using this product for years with my 5 kids, and husband wears them too. Its a great alternative to a wet towel on the forehead. It's a must have for a first aid.

These are my go to's when my son has a fever. They work well to bring his temp down and they stay in place. They don't leave a sticky residue and are easy to remove.I've also used them when I've had a migraine and they sure do help!
