I love the illustrations in this book- well done!

Got this for my granddaughter and she loves hearing the story. I think the illustrations are lovely, but the dwarves are not named and do not look like the ones I remember from my childhood. I probably should have just settled for the Little Golden Book version of this one.

The book arrived promptly, and was in excellent shape.

Beautiful book!! It is very long so not a quick read aloud by any means. But it tells a great story and the illustrations are exquisite. My 2nd graders loved it!

I was looking for an illustrated version to read to my 4yr old. This book has very few somewhat basic illustrations, leaving most pages with simply solid text that won't hold the attention of a child. Also the words are Americanised: What's wrong with the good old "Mirror mirror on the wall..."? Why did that need to be replaced with "looking-glass looking-glass"?
