My disappointment with the small jar was s soon not an issue, because the product is very tasty and authentically Italian in flavor. The oil is slightly acidic, but mainly you taste good quality light olive oil and the blending of the many items in the antipasto. You will find baby mushrooms, artichoke hearts, slices of tiny pickles , wonderful olives, sweet red peppers and more. I was very happy with the product and found a little was palate pleasing. I will definitely reorder, and want to keep a jar on hand to enhance almost any meal.

Delicious antipasto! A wide variety of colors and textures: red and yellow sweet pepper, green and black olives (pitted), crispy pearl onion, large capers (not caper berries, but hefty capers), artichoke heart, tiny button mushrooms. All components are roughly the same size, so there are roughly equal amounts of each (instead of, say, a giant artichoke quarter, a few capers and a pepper strip). The antipasto is tightly packed in the jar, so there's just enough of the light oil/vinegar/herb "brine" ("dressing"?) to toss with pasta if you wanted, but not too much waste if you drain it off. This product, which I tried by entirely chance and have never seen in grocery store, is completely worth the price.

Nice variety in jar but very oily. Really could use seasoning. Garlic, basil and a little oregano would be nice in my opinion.

These are getting very popular and sometimes hard to find in local stores, so thankful that Amazon has it. You have to temper your expectations a bit, since the veggies are not gonna be as crunchy as possible fresh-cut ones. However the taste is excellent, along with the preservation in olive oil makes this a better choice to add to a salad, or eat as a side dish. Recommend also trying the Hot variety.

The variety of yummies included range from thick slices of corchon pickles, onions,mushrooms and slices of different vegetables. Al items are super fresh. I purchased 2 18 oz jars and the artichokes slices in both were extremely hard and inedible. The worst point of these antipasto jars is that they are packed in oil and it's not olive oil. I will only buy these again if there is nothing else available.

I am very picky and was delighted with quality of the ingredients! Plenty of artichokes and other pricey items. I picked up a plain salad and this transformed it to a gourmet delight . Great to have on hand for yourself or company.
