I chose this brand after watching a review of several brands. Swansons was one of the few brands that contained Berberine close to the amount stated. It’s been less than a week since I started taking the product and I am taking other measures to lower my blood glucose. Over the last few months I’ve been doing intermittent fasting, keto and exercise. I have lost weight and brought my sugars down some, but I could not get my sugars to go below triple digits. After about a week of taking the berberine my glucose has been in the 90s and even a few in the 80s. Needless to say, I’m pretty happy with the results. I am tracking my sugars very closely and will update this review should anything change.

I researched this company’s products from third party companies and found they have one of the best quality and honest ingredient as listed. It's has was it says percentage and quality. Base on this good product the pricing is very good.

I decided to give it a try after reading the reviews. Swanson has a good reputation so my decision was easy plus they were offering lower doseages than other brands. After about a week, I saw a change in my sugar level reading and I did not have any sensitivie issues when taking with my meals. I have will continue to use and should the changes stop, then I will discontinue.

We switched to using Swanson Berberine after watching a review of effective brands. Swanson rated #2 for it's containing the full dosing as stated on its product. The results we wanted to see using another brand just were not happening. So pleased that by using Swanson Berberine results are noticeable. Very pleased this Berberine has truly shown to be productive. Just stick with it a couple months.

Product is excellent but the vendor supplied aged contents. I received four bottles of Berberine with Best By dates of10/26. They are within the limits of freshness, but it is apparent that they have been on the shelf for quite a while. Last year I purchased the identical product and the containers had a Best By date of 03/27. This is disappointing.

Good for guts. Feel much less gas after eating this!

Tomo berberina a algum tempo, nenhuma outra me deu tantos efeitos colaterais igual a esta. Meus batimentos aceleraram e tive muito (muito desconforto gastrointestinal, mais do que o comum). Tomei duas cápsulas e joguei fora.
