Over those years, they did not leak, and they all maintained their power level.I purchased a gross of AA batteries at the same time as the aforementioned first batch of AAA's; since AA's were more in demand, I used them up quicker. They seemed to not last as long in use as Amazon's AA's, but I got my money's worth because the price was so low.I have never had an Amazon battery leak before use, and I believe I have had no more than one Amazon battery leak in use, (there is a famous leading brand of batteries that leak so often I never buy them, and when they come with something I buy, I take them out).I did not ask for it, I did not pay extra for it, but the batteries were on my doorstep about 3 hours after I ordered them. In my experience, Amazon's batteries hold their charge for at least 5 years, they do not leak, they last long in use, their price is usually lowest and now I can add they are delivered very quickly.
