These are lightweight. Moving blankets are classified by how much they weigh by the bale, which is a dozen. This one says 3.5 lbs each, which is 42lbs a bale. Medium weight is about 50 to 60lb. Heavy weight is 80 or 90lbs a bale.

I agree with Mr Simmons... too thin. Unless you folded it, which you will unless your windows are huge... There is probably foam you can buy for this purpose
