I had a thrombosed hemorrhoid for weeks. Not sure what that is? Lucky you. Its a blood clot in a hemmorroid that just bleeds and tortures you until it eventually drains or you need surgery. It sucks. I literally bled from my butt for 3 weeks straight and ruined every pair of underwear I owned. I tried my previous magic Chinese herb cream that was also from amazon and it did nothing, whereas in the past it had cured my post birth hemorrhoids which I also thought were trying to kill me. I have always and will continue to trust boiron homeopaths. This particular one made the hemmoriod problem 100x worse for two days then they went away completely. So I can say that it worked but before they went away it was awful.. I’m not sure how else to put. Just consult a professional...especially if this is your first experience with hemmroids.
