Works great for my needs

If, like me, you have managed to damage your hands by working with computer jeyboard for decades, these containers are ideal for you, since unlike similar products made of glass or metal they are very light while still being sturdy. The white lid provides a versatile background for any label. And, if you drop it, there is no danger of getting cut by broken glass even if it breaks. I have not dropped these containers, but if my experience with supermarket PET plastic packages are any indication, risk of breaking them should be minimal.

I don’t like running out of cooking essentials like flour, sugar, brown sugar, grits, cornmeal, etc. I use these containers to make sure that I never run short. I keep them on the top shelf of my small pantry, labeling contents with a permanent marker. When my kitchen canisters reach empty, I grab one of these from the pantry to refill. They are airtight and easy to grab ahold of. I also use oxygen absorbers in all dry ingredients except for sugar. I really like these containers bc at one quick glance, I’m able to see if it’s time to buy more flour, sugar, etc. Five pounds of flour fills one of these to the top.

These are great containers. I am a repeat customer and highly recommend these.

The design is commercial kitchen (a cool look) and not over designed or overpriced. The jars are light weight, sturdy, clear plastic and one jar holds about 7 lbs. of granulated sugar. It's great if you want decent size storage and keep the ability to pour directly from the the jar into a bowl, etc for measuring. The opening is also large enough to use a 1/2 C measuring cup. For me it's perfect!

These rectangular 1 gallon containers work well for storing cereal. Although they have relatively thin clear plastic walls, they seem sturdy enough, and the handle (molded indentations in the bottle) makes them easy to pick up and pour from. The opening is a bit small and it would be difficult to fit in your hand and a measuring scoop to get something out. The lid is okay, but it has only one entry point for the threads on the bottle, so that you may have to turn the lid almost 360 degrees before it starts closing -this can be awkward. There is no liner for the lid, so although the seal is good, it is not as tight as some containers - air can slowly leak out (or in).

Good quality for the money

The imbedded grip makes handling these large containers easy.
