These are awesome! Noticed a significant difference in mood and anxiety within a week of taking them.

This is a great little adaptogen mix. I have a hormonal imbalance that causes migraines, especially around that 'time of month', as I'm sure other women can testify too, You do not need a migraine or headache on top of everything else. As painful as those migraines are, I also take adaptogens for my skin. Hormonal imbalances come with breakouts & eczema as well. I am a licensed esthetician in FL & having clear, healthy skin literally affects my job. No 1 wants an esthetician that can't keep her own skin under control. The % of adult acne among women has increased by huge amounts in the last decade. It's our diets, our environment, the stress levels we have, & the hormones, antibiotics, etc that we are constantly exposed to in our food. Because of this & the fact that more & more women (& men) are seeking treatment for their skin issues, the industry is booming. However, just like I tell my clients, you can treat skin symptoms topically & have great success, but you will always be treating those symptoms because they will always be there. Preventing those skin issues from arising to begin with comes from internal adjustments. Adjustments to your diet, exercise & so many things keep skin clear & healthy, but taking good supplements can also be a game changer. Adaptogens help your body adapt, they create homeostasis so your body can function optimally. Taking 1 adaptogen can be beneficial but many expects recommed taking up to 5 & rotating every 3-6 months. This supplement contains multiple Adaptogens at levels that can actually do something. You'll find other supplements on amazon that have 6 or 7 in 1 capsule, but the mg amounts are so small you are just wasting $. I find this supplement helps my pms symptoms, makes migraines shorter & less intense & def helps to keep hormonal acne at bay. If you deal with hormonal skin issues try adaptogens & you'll be glad you did.

I am transitioning off of prescribed medication for ADHD, and am on the 9th day on the product. I have had to go without my medication for upwards of a week in the past, and the withdrawal was nearly unbearable. I am primarily looking to lower my heart rate, blood pressure, and boost my cognition, immune system, and energy levels naturally. My heart rate has gone down SIGNIFICANTLY. My blood pressure has also dropped significantly. I have used Rhodiola Rosea in the past (prior to being prescribed ADHD) and found it to be an amazing cognition booster, in addition to assisting my body deal with stress. However, after 3 months of use I found I had to cycle off because of mood swings due to being able to function on 3-6 hours of sleep. On the Ashwa+ RR I am feeling more balanced, the edge of withdrawal has been minimal, and I am looking forward to the long term use of your product. Sleep has thus far not been an issue, and I take the product in the morning. The synergy between the two herbs+ the bioperine for absorbtion is doing wonders. It is working much faster than anticipated, and definitely under stressful conditions. I hope this helps.

Day 1: I had the best mood. Felt energized. Stress free. Happy! But… the unfortunate side effect was I got really bad gas. My stomach felt bloated, pressure, pain and discomfort all day leading to the next day. Not unbearable but to the point where I had to take baking soda to relieve some gases. I’m going to give it another try after about 2 weeks now but start with 1 pill and gradually increase the dosage.

This stuff is truly amazing!!!! I have been struggling with anxiety for 2 years now, I can’t even describe how hard it has been to feel this way every single day for 2 years straight. I found out about Rhodiola supposedly helping with anxiety & uplifting mood so I came to Amazon to see what I could find. This popped up & I gave it a try. It literally changed my life within an hour of taking it. My mood came straight up & I got this burst of energy, I spent the entire day in my garden, planting new plants & built a brand new flowerbed! Something I have been wanting to do since last year, but haven’t had the motivation to go do it. This stuff is amazing & I am about to have it auto shipped. Whoever made this formula, thank you a million times, I wish I could hug this person!!! Try it!! Just try it & see the difference

I can tell a difference when I don't take this stuff. I ordered a different brand that had a bunch of things in it and my body felt like it was just...too much in one pill. Simple items, works great. Now to find my other bottle because one just ran out.

I have been taking for 2 years. The product has changed. Pills are a lighter color than before, less tumeric? Worked great before but since change my arthritis, joints are giving me problems again. Am trying a different brand.

I've tried a lot of products for various things, but I tried this one because a friend recommended it, for my chronic pain and low energy levels. Whenever I approach a new product, it's always with skepticism, even though I'm hopeful for a good outcome. Most of the time, I can't tell something is working, but THIS... wow. I used it for about a month and started feeling a lot better. I mean, it didn't cure my issues, but my energy level is much better, no shakiness like with other stuff with stimulants in them, and my pain is less than it was before. I'm going to continue to buy this product. It didn't turn me into a supermodel yet, but I'll edit my review if/when it does. :))
