Nice and strong easy assembly to the caravan just what I requested recommended purchase , a decent price

Used item for goods trailer, did the job well. Disappointing aspect is the winding handle which is made of pressed steel and my previous experience of these is that they rust quickly and the plastic knob becomes detached. I replaced the handle with a cast one from a previous jockey wheel I already had.

Prompt delivery, good price and quality

Every thing was as expected.A very though new wheel for my trailer - I'd managed to bend the old one.It was all ready assembled ready to fit.My only wish was that the nuts and bolts needed to fit it to the frame had been included as the old ones were damaged.

Please don't do business with this seller. The jockey wheel that I bought was fitted to the boat trailer almost as soon as the item arrived. some weeks ago. Today, on moving the boat trailer with a view to going out on the water, one of the wheel brackets just collapsed at the weld. (On a smooth car-port-concrete floor.) Not only shoddy workmanship, but my attempt to contact Amazon and the seller, just batted back and forth digitally with a system set up not to allow customer contact with either.

The delivery was prompt and fitting was easy . It's an excellent swap for my old alko unit. Feels like I should get plenty of years service. Thank you for a great product.

Really good quality for the price. Easy to install. Well suited to my 8x4 trailer. A little unsteady at full extension. Would buy again.
