These are amazing! I’ve had eczema down both arms and legs and on my neck and face for a week. All the lotion in the world wasn’t enough by itself. Finally received these and put them to the test last night on both legs from my knees down to my toes. First night in a few days that I didn’t sleep fitfully and woke up with my legs less enflamed. I put some lotion on and then I used a spray bottle to dampen them with water before putting them on. I never leave reviews, but if this can help someone else I fully recommend!!

About a year ago I started to develop eczema - something I had as a kid during hot summers but had outgrown in my adult years. I was getting it in odd places like my shins and also my ankles, elbows, and random patches. No lotion, salt baths, eczema honey, or prescription other than steroids would stop it. It got so bad that I had deep purple scars all over my legs, ankles and elbows from the constant itching and bleeding (I know, gross). I saw a blog raving about these and figured I had nothing to loose and gave them a go. OH MY GOD I am SO relieved that I found these! I could not stop itching at night and had broken skin all over my legs. These are not only soft, but they don’t catch on your skin and help create a moisture barrier that is totally lost when your skin is compromised. I started wearing these every night and the cooling effect stops itch, kept my hands away while also speeding up the healing process. I eventually was able to stop wearing them completely after a week, but when the seasons change and I see early signs of dry skin coming back I immediately break these out. They work so well I actually bought a second pair. I’ve been able to get off all steroid ointments with the occasional stubborn spot but otherwise I’ve been able to manage my eczema with these and a great Eucerin lotion. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend - it was such a relief to be able to wear skirt and shorts again without the embarrassment.

Sleeves are loose like a regular long sleeves shirt! Do not buy! Wasted my money!

I ordered the Soothems leg sleeve to cover a patch of eczema on my lower leg. Since the sleeve didn't go down to my ankle as I needed it to (I know it was designed to cover the knee so that is not a complaint), I turned it into a knee sock/calf sleeve and clipped it to tighten it enough so it would stay in place. The calf sleeve really helped to keep my eczema moisturized, which in turn, promoted healing. Plus they felt wonderful and helped to prevent itching and irritation. I deducted one star because when I washed the Soothems before wearing, I found that they didn't fit as tight as before washing. I followed all laundry directions. But overall, I would recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to buy again, perhaps ordering a size smaller.

I have tried other more expensive brands with very little satisfaction. Soothems are amazing. After buying their children's products I was hoping they would come out with an adult product and I was thrilled when they did. The fit is great and the fabric is so cooling and comfortable. I wear them under my scrubs at work (which are provided for me, so there is zero fabric softener and they are so irritating). These are great for days I scrub in cause I after I'm done scrubbing I can put on my eczema lotion and the sleeves! I will be buying more, and I can use my HSA account to buy them too!
