If you’re looking to increase your intake of specific nutrients that you don’t feel you were getting from your diet then you couldn’t have chosen a better brand. My only regret is that I don’t have more time to write this review for every other bottle of Solaray I’ve ever bought.

Solaray has proven time and time again to have quality and reliable products. I bought this for my husband because he was taking a cheap store bought brand, but didn't feel a difference in his body. Once he started Solaray, his skin is no longer as dry, his joints aren't so stiff, and his blood pressure is lower. Consistency in a brand means a lot.

I have been taking this supplement for about six months now and it really does a great job! It gives me the good fats that I need and helps with my joints however it does have a fishy aftertaste. Other than that it is perfect!

After taking this product for about two weeks (2 tablets a day) I honestly noticed definite results in improvement in hair and skin and also, as I continued to take it throughout the month and into the next, have NOT had any cold/flu viruses hit. I believe it definitely "upped" my immune system too. I have bought it again and will continue to do so here on out!

We have been so grateful to find this online. No local stores have continued to carry it in our area. We truly feel the benefit of this every day. Renewed energy and stamina are uppermost in its benefits.

FYI if you follow a Kosher diet, these gel caps are made from porcine and bovine products. Amazon does not accept returns; even sealed.

Well it's a great product with omega 7 instead of 6 and that's why I buy it.. we get too much 6 via diet. However OMG - the label directions (that they don't finish mentioning in this item description) say "..softgels daily with a meal of glass or water." OF GLASS?! Geez, lets promote people cutting up their digestive tract with the careless typo!!
