No clue what fenugreek seeds are really supposed to look like so i have no reason to believe these are anything other than what was advertised. I do know fenugreek has a maple smell & these definitely have that. They are much smaller than what i was expecting and impossible to grind into powder even after soaking them in water. I should have followed my right mind and just bought the powder but these have suited my needs just fine. I use them for diy hair products & they have worked for me. I use about 1/4th cup every week to 10 days to make hair oil & conditioners & this bag has lasted me 4-5 months or so.

The fenugreek seeds that I received were really old, some of the seeds were black, I am not at all exaggerating either! The seeds were not as a fragrant nor were they a brilliant gold color. Also, there was debris and other seeds/grains mixed throughout the bag. I was going to take a picture, however, my fiancee mistakenly threw away the debris/ seeds/grains. I personally would not purchase from this company again, if they permitted I would request a return and demand a refund, however, neither are an option for this company. So, all and all you get what you pay for, buyer beware!

These seeds sprout quickly...Just a 24 hr. soaking and a few hours in a tipped jar and boom, fresh, delicious Fenugreek SproutsThey rate right up there with Lintels, Mung Beans and a few others at producing sprouts in less than 48 hrs.I don't really trust seeds or beans that take longer than two days, as conditions for sprouting are also ideal for unwanted bacteria growth.

Good overall except for adulteration with what looked like small black mustard seeds and duds that won’t sprout. Otherwise both soaked and sprouted seeds taste great with just a tiny bit of maple syrup and is good for keeping blood sugar down. Tea made from it is also very healthy for my digestion.

I brought it to help with my hair. It did the job and then some. My hair has shine and is glossy. It also helped with my split ends. I would recommend this for anyone that was having hair problems.

The potency was there. After adding warm water, it was remarkably strong. Exactly what I wanted for my hair tea.

Perfect! They all sprouted perfectly. I also used them in a soup (with more parcimonie so as to not introduce too much bitterness)

I'm very pleased with the product will buy again.
