Does what it needs to do, not sure if the water spray going sideways instead of up actually help in any way but it certainly gets the job done. If you don't tighten the nozzle to the bottle completely (grab the nozzle and twist the bottle until it is very snug) you will get a leak at the neck when you squeeze.

Purchased another one from a different company. The tip was super thin. It would often feel as if I’m poking myself when I would use it. The plastic was poor quality, and it tore down the middle in less than 6 months. I found this company, and took a risk. First off, the tip fits perfectly for what it’s being used for. I don’t feel as if I’m stabbing myself in my vagina when I use it. It’s very comfortable, easy to use, and easy to clean and store away.

Those douche i bought from supermarkets (plastic bottles) come with rigid and sometimes sharp tips that can scratch my canal if the angle is not right... But this one has a soft tip and never scratches. It is long enough to reach deep enough to squeeze the water inside to clean. Some other douche i bought before had a small opening can only be filled in by dipping the whole bulb into the water bucket and squeeze it to use air pressure to put the water in, but easy to fill in water in the bulb, big enough opening to pour water in. The only tiny thing is the water can leak a little bit. if using in a bathtub would be fine, but if using in a toilet that it might be a little dripping to make the floor wet. but overall i like this product.

I thought a larger douche with a bigger capacity would save me time, but it doesn’t. The water leakage is frustrating and doesn’t allow for efficient use of the product. You have to stop to readjust, or change the position of the douche to stop the leakage. Stopping, adjusting, etc. also allows for more air build up, which is uncomfortable. So you either have to fill it up again halfway through using it or live with build up air.
