I ordered this plant set with high hopes, and while most of the plants arrived in decent condition, one of them was completely dead on arrival. It was a little pot luck, since it doesn't specify which plants you get, but generally the selection was good. The plants were younger than perhaps you'd get at a garden centre, and were generally smaller in size. I understand that shipping live plants can sometimes be tricky, so I reached out to the seller for support with the dead plant, however the response I received was not only unhelpful but also quite rude, which was really disappointing. I expected at least a basic level of customer service and willingness to resolve the issue, but instead, I was met with dismissiveness. Be cautious if you expect reliable service or replacements for damaged items. With regards to value for money, perhaps better to visit your local independent garden centre - you may pay more, but at least you know what you're getting.

There were some nasty reviews written about these plants, but we thought we"d take our chance and so glad we did. Fantastic value for money and each one was a mature plant. Good variety and mix of colours and well packed. They have been growing happily in our garden and we may well buy again.

The picture does not resemble in any way what comes through the post, maybe after many years, plus the types of flora shown again doesn’t resemble what you get, they are chosen by whoever puts the order up…..we were very disappointed

These plants are second rate and they don’t all come in 2 litre pots as advertised

These plants are the most amazing I have ever received both in quality and variety. The packaging was superb so they arrived without damage. I strongly recommend them.
