Arrived as described, not broken... A bit smaller than expected, but fits perfectly on the nightstand. Holds enough for two at night.Bought this because most bedside carafes have the cup over top of the pitcher which sounds like a great way to drip water & ruin wood.Only nitpick is I believed the lip of the drinking glass would cover the pour spout completely which it does not. There's a very small gap where debris could potentially fall in, but certainly 99% better than leaving open glasses sitting around with a long haired cat in the house!

I looked at all the ones I could see...read the reviews, especially the negative ones,..I don't get the ones who were surprised by the size...its not like you're serving lemonade to a group of friends..it always gets me through the night..I like that the cup fits inside the lip of the pitcher so the water doesn't drip down the pitcher.....at night when I am groggy it is easier gripping a handle.. this one replaces my last one from Nieman Marcus that I broke when it slipped out my hand...no disappointments or surprises

I have various water carafe sets and this one is awesome because the glass fits inside the pitcher so there are no drips running down. It's also a small compact size so perfect for the night stand . It's not super thick in glass so does seem like it would break easily but we'll see as time goes by.For now, I love it!

This set was broken upon arrival and had to be sent back but it was a nice set. It was both smaller and heavier than I expected. The top glass especially was very heavy. It was the carafe that was broken and seemed to be much thinner glass and more fragile. From looking at the size, I would guess that it can only hoild about 2 cups of fluid at a time. The return process was easy and uneventful.

Very nice carafe/glass set. Delivered on time and well-packaged. It is small enough not to be intrusive on the night stand and it is stylish looking. I like that the tumbler slides into the neck of the carafe - so it can't be easily or accidentally dislodged.

I bought two of these as gifts. Given some of the reviews, I bought them separately just to ensure the first one would arrive in one piece. It was completely fine. There was no breakage, and there was not a single scratch. Perhaps the packaging has been improved. This is a very nice, heavy glass carafe that I would recommend for others.
