Myself and all the ladies in my house use these and can't be more satisfied with the product. Though it is pricey, it is well worth it! I have not found another product on the market that has this blend in it. These keep everything optimal so that your romantic life can be spontaneous without a worry of your Ph being out of whack. I keep these in my regimen. I was a jarrowdophilus type of gal before I came across these. These keep things in line after your menses and hormonal changes through out your cycle. I've used these when I had an IUD and when I haven't and just love how they keep my lady bits happy & very neutral. I regret it when I don't have them in my regimen or run out.

I’ve been taking these pre-and probiotics for a while now, and they’ve helped me tremendously. I can really feel the difference in my digestion—when I take them consistently, I feel lighter and more comfortable throughout the day. On the days I miss, I notice I get extremely bloated, which just proves how much they really do work. I’m so glad I found these and will definitely keep them as part of my daily routine!

I have nothing positive or negative to say about them. I used it for a month and noticed no difference. I however do suggest you try them if you want as all bodies are different. Maybe they’ll work for you

I’ve been using Ora products for about a year now and I’ve loved them all so I knew when I bought this I would also like it. I very recently developed a problem that simply wouldn’t go away, no matter the prescription medicine or at home remedy. I had been taking a gut probiotic from Ora but when I read that one specifically for women could help and saw that Ora made one, I decided to give it a try. After taking it for a month I definitely felt better, although the problem did not go away completely. A combination of this probiotic and a natural anti-fungal is doing wonders now. If you’re on the fence I suggest trying a bottle like I did. I then did the subscription on their website. I will say I find the capsules a little difficult to swallow. At least personally they kind of stay in the throat and require a bit more water but they wouldn’t be the first pills like this and it’s not a dealbreaker for me. Also, this box comes with a code for a free gift, which you can send to yourself or someone else. All in all, Ora is an excellent company and one which I trust with my health, and this product is an excellent product.

I loved this product from the start! Great for my vaginal health, great for my gut health! I did not have bloating and have a flat stomach even after I eat. However, after about 2 weeks now of only 1 capsule not 2 I am having my face flush and redness on my face that I have when I am overloaded with histamine. It took a while to get used to the probiotics, but now I have no issues. Be aware though if you have a sensitive body.

Product is as described pills are easy to swallow been taking them for a couple of days now need more time too early to tell.
