Works fine. However it does not switch automatically if one source is powered off. That would be convenient if the switcher is out of reach the way as ours was. it was along a ceiling with xfinity and directv going in. would be nice if you turned off xfinity cable and would just switch to directv by default.

WARNING: Does NOT work with HDCP "protected" content! I bought it to switch between a Roku and a DVD player. Nothing on the Roku works at all. HDCP is not supported, so the Roku does not "trust" it to send protected video content through. I can't believe none of the other reviewers have mentioned this! Other than that, it does do its job, so if you need it for devices that aren't shackled with Defective By Design/Digital Restrictions Management, it's a fine product.

Would be nice if it were possible to turn the led off, otherwise no complaints!

The LED indicator does not work in both positions. I also think that two LEDs of different colors would make it easier to determine what input was connected.

I purchased a “similar product” on Amazon that “looks just like this” without the heavy cord and blue HDMI connector. It did not work and I had to return it. This product by “Aurum” works just as intended and switches automatically when you turn on the DVD, Blu-ray, or other devices hooked up to this. I like the fact that it is automatic, no manual switching or no unsightly cables or sending units. I rate this a true 10 and would recommend this to anyone. Beware of imitations that look just like this unit without the blue (Aurum) cable attached. The others are cheaper and do not work!

Works with some products, but not all.

Initially had to unplug cable to get rid of a green tint across the entire screen, then periodically as well. Now after after 3 weeks of use, it is down to only two working ports, which at times have not switched automatically. The technology does not seem to be there for what is described. If manual switching is the default, the cable should be longer to make it easier to reach behind the TV.

Dont know if I actually "love it", its just a cord, but I'll rate it 5 stars because I have been using it several weeks and it has worked flawlessly. I have not had a single issue, the TV automatically opens the item I most recently turned on. I have my Google Chromecast and blue ray player plugged in to it and everything works exactly as it is should. Thanks
