Issue with return request
The product is good but ordered by mistake.We already have it. Return request is accepted but not picked up on 28th as was scheduled. Reason is not mentioned.

Doesn't deserve the price and poor performance.
Whistle design is not good. The cooker we purchased always blasts because of food particles stuck in whistle.Service is pathetic, no response even after multiple follow-ups over whatsapp.

Excellent material sturdy and good looking
The pressure cooker is very sturdy. I've been using inner lid cookers since time unknown. This is my first outer lid cooker. I think I've made an excellent investment.

Recieved a defective piece!
The media could not be loaded. I bought this small 1lt cooker as I thought it would be handy to cook for my 2yr old son. I stay abroad, so when I was coming back from India, I ordered this from amazon and brought it along with me without testing as I always do that with pressure cookers. I also bought few prestige cookers along with this one. After my return to abroad, I started using them. Prestige cookers are working perfectly fine but this one not. I'm very much disappointed. First time I bought something outside prestige and I regret it. I'm not sure if I can still return it when I come to India. For sure this is not a cheap product to just live with a defective piece.Update: I could able to contact customer support team via whatsapp. They were proactive in responding and helped me solve the problem. Now I'm happy as it is fulfilling the purpose. So I'm updating the rating too.
