Natural Balance Cal-Mag Fizz | 17.4oz (Lemon Lime)

Cal mag fizz is the only supplement I know of to be able to get enough calcium in. You would have to take 45 pills to get enough. It mixed well with flavored drinks. I like that it’s low calorie too.

My son likes the flavor and takes it to get nutrients and to help stay regular.

I have been taking this every night for years. Recommended by a friend for RLS. Highly recommend. It allows me to sleep much better.

Needs boron trace mineral to be metabolized correctly/ better. Used this to replace a great Paragon product Akins had made for them that had we used for 15 years that cost 50% less and had a better trace mineral profile. I like.the included scoop but not worth the 50% premium for a scoop and it gives me undesireable gastrointestinal problems due to the missing Boron.

Let me start by saying I generally hate medications or supplements that come in a liquid or chewable form. This includes products like Alka-Selzer and gummy vitamins. Yuck.However, I LOVE Cal-Mag FIZZ. A friend recommended it to help with insomnia. I'm not sure it doesn't anything for that, but as a general vitamin and mineral supplement, it's great!In case you didn't carefully read about the product, you may want to note this supplement contains much more than just calcium and magnesium. It also delivers a complement of B vitamins, Vitamin D and trace minerals. This tasty beverage replaces 3 pills I was previously taking, which makes it a win for me.Cal-Mag FIZZ does dissolve completely without stirring, as advertised. Its refreshing lemon-lime flavor is delicious. It has no nasty aftertaste, no medicine taste, and does not leave a coating in the mouth. It is almost exactly like drinking a tart soda. (It definitely is tart. Word to the wise.)The secret to getting the powder to dissolve completely is to put it in the glass first, then add water to it. Then just wait a full minute. Voila!I definitely will continue buying Cal-Mag FIZZ.

Has a very clean taste to it. I purchased this supplement hoping to reduce ham string cramps. After using twice a day for a little over one week I can't say it has lowered my muscle cramping but I can't hold that against the product as this has been an issue of mine for years. While it hasn't made a noticeable difference in cramping it has helped my twitching legs at night. They are especially twitchy after sprinting workouts and this seems to help at night. I will continue to use/purchase.

so easy to use, and customize daily needs. It really fizzes, so be careful when adding it to liquid-it can easily bubble up and over the glass. I have my glass 1/2 full, add this product and stir, let it calm down, then add more liquid and other nutrients before stirring again. This is very--citris flavored, not my favorite. Still a great source for major nutrients!

I like this product for what it is. It has absorbable sources of calcium and magnesium. It's sweetened with stevia, so it's low cal, but easier to digest than sucralose or aspartame. It dissolves quickly and easily without stirring. Despite all this, I prefer Calm because the magnesium content is higher. I'm more concerned with getting magnesium than calcium to help keep me regular and help me sleep, so it's just personal preference. Per serving, I believe cal mag is cheaper, though.
