I got this bc I needed one for my binder, my husband and I incorporate some of this stuff into fun time....and sometimes just to literally help each other relax before fun times. it is very informative, and fits perfectly inside my binder folds right into the rings.

Well made and easy to read. I bought a home accupressure kit that this is helpful with. Laminated surface protects it from spills and tears.

This is a full body guide to accupressure points, front and back. It consists of three pages illustrated front and back then laminated in such a way that it folds to a convenient single page size. It appears to be sturdy and is put together in a durable manner.

This was well done and clearly showed the names of each body part. Easy to read

Small print along with so much information that the average person would have difficultly reading and understanding.

Exactly has described by seller.It is just what I need to help me memorize meridians in a condensed easy to use format.
