This is a great product. Though I used a more expensive version of this product earlier and was very satisfied, this variant is also perfect for those on Skype meetings all day. Build quality is good, mic sound clarity and noise cancellation is perfect. Audio quality is good for business use but not excellent for entertainment ( listening to music ) as the lows and mids are fine but highs are poor.

Overall the product is good. Cons: 1) the sponge doesn't cover enter circle inside if any insects goes we can figure it out. 2) music is bit low but call wise it's good.

I wear these headphones for almost 6 hours on an off daily on conference calls. Im confident that most of the background noise at home is muted. It does pick up very easily on wind sounds from a fan or if its breezy. After a year now, im seeing small signs of red protective wore cover wearing off at the joints. Overall will definitely suggest to go for it. I cant work without these any more.

My home is close to railway tracks.. attending team meetings from home was never easy because the train deivers enjoying blowing train horns 2-3 times and irritating common people living nearby. I tested these headphones by calling my colleague over zoom.. and to my surprise he was not able to hear the noise of train whistle (I waited a long time for train to pass by ).. i am glad to buy this product..

Bought the headset on Sep 2019. Within 6 months the product stopped working. Got it replaced free since it was in the warranty period. Customer support did a good job in getting it replaced. I bought this paying a premium according to my budget, with the understanding that the product quality would be good and expected to last longer. Within 2.5 years, ear pads and cable got damaged. Now it is not usable due to loose contact resulted from damaged cable. Build quality is very bad. Poly confirmed that they won't repair headset outside warranty period.

This product very low quality nnd cannot handle multiple audio using applications at a time and volume control is worst and not comfortable to wear on head

The noise cancellation works perfectly. I always had issues with bg and fan noise during meetings. This solved the problem. There is an option to increase or Reduce the volume. It is very light weight and sound clarity is good It is expensive may because of imported charges.

Used it for my calls and works great. The noise cancellation feature is the highlight but in terms of the way I received the product in a plastic cover was very disappointing. Not sure if the seller has to be blamed for not providing a box or it is with the Plantronics themselves. Even if you purchase a lower end headset, they do provide it with a company's box but brand like Plantronics and for this money, it is very disappointing.

Se escucha perfectamente y en las diferentes calls para los que lo he usado no ha habido problemas con mi micrófono. La posibilidad de poder mutear, o subir o bajar el volumen desde el mando que lleva integrado en el cable son bastante útiles, ya que no es necesario hacerlo desde el PC o tocando el propio auricular, lo cual es incómodo cuando los estás usando. Adicionalmente se puede ver si el micrófono está en mute gracias a una luz que aparece en el mando. Por mi parte ha sido una buena compra

Why did you choose this product over others?: ​They're not the cheapest headphones but you get what you pay for. They are good quality, and I like that you can either plug them into a laptop with the USB connector or a use the USB C connector to plug them into a smartphone. I don't know what it means by 3.5mm connectivity, though, as the 2022 model I bought doesn't have a 3.5mm jack. The sound is nice and clear and music sounds quite bassy on them. They also work with Microsoft teams, although the end call button didn't do anything when I tried pressing it. This is not a problem however as I work with a mouse and can easily end the call using that. I'm going to use these as my headphones for working at home and buy a cheaper pair to leave at work (don't want to break these ones by carrying them in my work bag even though they seem more robust than my last pair).
