Good morning, It doesn't come with a tap or waste so these would need to be ordered separately. You will require an unslotted basin waste and high-rise basin tap. Kind Regards Joanne

Is the countertop pre drilled or can you place the tap where you want?

It’s not pre drilled. We had to cut out our tap hole, so could place it where we wanted to!
