Perfect for people who want to become mouth breathers! Jk lol. The pillow looks big but it’s actually very comfortable! They were considerate about the shape and quality all around on this neck pillow, like the chin area, ears area and behind the pillow itself. I got one for my girlfriend and I, we’re very different sizes, especially our necks and still both enjoy them. The comfy eye cover and smell covers are a plus! Highly recommend, WAY better than regular neck pillows!

I ordered 3 different neck pillows and took this one on a 15-hour flight to Asia. I slept for over 10 hours. The pillow cradled my head and neck so no wobbling or crooked neck. Also, it was cold on the flight but this pillow kept my neck and face area warm. It's lightweight and comes with an eyemask, earplugs and a storage pouch. Only downside was that I had a hard time compressing the pillow back into the storage bag. On the trip back, I again slept 8-10 hours. I have a very hard time sleeping on planes but this pillow was a fantastic.

Not bad. It was not the most comfortable neck pillow I’ve had, but it did the job. There is definitely a strong smell because of the foam, but it was tolerable to me. Even after I washed the cover for the neck pillow, the rubber smell was so strong, it took over the fabric softener smell. Again, it got the job done.

So much better than the old neck pillow donut design which didn’t support my neck. I was able to sleep on two overseas flights with this one. For me the best position was the turn the pillow so the opening was on one side off my neck. That supported my chin best. Allows sleep in any plane seat; window, middle or aisle. The pillow is shrink wrapped in plastic when it arrives so you need to cut the plastic wrapping (not the pillow cover!). After washing the cover, I was able to put it back on the pillow. Recommend.

So first let me say what's good about this. The memory foam is top-notch. It is firm it is sturdy. It does provide support to my head and neck. I didn't use it for longer than about 10 or 15 minutes to test it, so I don't know how it would do after 10 hours. But my sense is that it would last pretty well.Now what I don't like: the flat back on this is a bug not a feature. All it does is provide a place that's too narrow to give any real support to my head and neck. I have a smaller neck, as a woman, and you can't tighten this tight enough to provide any chin support. My chin falls down into the crack between the two lobes of this, and it's just not comfortable at all. The side Support is nice, but even when I tried turning it upside down and backwards, the fact that it has that weird tall flat back keeps it from being very good if I turned it in a different direction. Somebody else said it's only comfortable if you have a large head neck and I agree. This design is not meant for ladies. Returning.

If you have a long flight and want to get amazing sleep but these pillows! Better than any neck pillows I’ve purchased EVER!! also came with an eye mask and ear plugs love it!!!

Very comfortable neck pillow, and is compact enough for long haul travel in a tote. But the really MVP is this eye mask. I had a terrible time with the time change to Europe and without this mask I would’ve been utterly hopeless to get any sleep. I’ll be bringing this every time I travel..

This pillow is very comfortable but I can’t for the life of me get it back in the carry bag! I spent the last 20 minutes of a flight trying to roll it up to fit and ended up just hooking it onto my backpack. A stretchy carry case or one with a wider opening would make me give this 5 stars.
