The quality of the product is good. However, the connection from the base and the nozzle is too loose so the water sprays everywhere. The one I had previous to my dog using it as a chew toy didn’t have this problem. Oh well! Not something ill return cause ew right?Edit: this company promptly contacted me and sent me a new product. It did work “better” but still isn’t the best. 2 star to 3 star for customer service.Third edit: this customer service will email you asking to make a five star review because they sent you a secondary product, over and over and over again. Quite annoying.

I like that its a GREAT MEATERIAL, the nozzle goes in smooth (no scratches) however I give it 3 stars because when I squeeze the bottle alot of the water spills out from where you twist the cap on, so water is getting all over my hands.
