Great information. Not for those who want photos - this book was sprinkled with the odd black-white photo.

This was a decent, general overview of Netherland Dwarfs, but lacked the breed specific detail I was seeking. However, for nearly the same price you can join the ANDRC (American Netherland Dwarf Rabbit Club) and receive their guide book which covers the breed in great detail and includes color photos of the different color groups. I'm only giving this book three stars because it lacks detail and color photos.

Very educational book on the dwarf rabbit

I got this book as I bought a Netherland Dwarf Rabbit and wanted specific information on that breed. I gave it 4 stars because the breeding section takes up quite a chunk of the book and I have no desire to breed rabbits. While there is information that is directly pointed towards the Netherland Dwarf Rabbits the book Rabbits complete pet owners manual is a better overall rabbit book.
