Little TikesEasyScore Basketball Set Blue, 22" L x 23.75" W x 60" H

I bought this in hopes of my daughter becoming more sports minded. It set up fairly easily, though I wish they had pre-strung the hoop. However, it was not a problem and the hoop was ready for use less than 5 minutes after the box was opened. I love that it is adjustable. My daughter just turned three and we haven't had to adjust it yet, but I feel much more satisfied with my purchase knowing she won't outgrow it anytime soon.As far as holding my daughter's interest, it hasn't really piqued her interest much. She is more of a dolls and dress-up type of girl, but I think it is important to expose her to all kinds of toys so I do not regret my purchase. She will play it more with my husband and they enjoy dunking and seeing who can make more baskets so it has been successful at exposing her to basketball. Plus it is a major hit with all of her little friends who are boys--it's the first thing they gravitate towards. She has had friends from 1-6 over and they all love it.I haven't felt the need to fill the bottom with sand and it has not yet tipped over. Perhaps if we had older children or rowdy friends over, it may tip. But so far it has held up perfectly! We have owned it about six months and it still looks brand new. We do, however, use it inside only. We live in AZ so the heat and monsoons can be brutal on toys.Lastly, the basketball is well constructed for little hands. It has worked out well. The only way I would suggest improving this toy is to place a ball holding ring (or container of some sort) so the ball can be stored on the unit. As it is now, I have to nestle it on the floor behind the hoop but it often rolls away. It can get lost in my daughter's toyland so I wish there were a way to keep the ball contained on the unit itself.Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase!!

We’ve been using this for almost a month and a half and it’s by far the best $23 I’ve spent in the last few years. My 10 year old is a basketball player, so my 1 ½ year old is always watching and trying to imitate her. This is perfect! Here's what makes it amazing:• Quality: It’s built very well. Even with my 10 year old pretending to dunk and my 1 ½ year old pulling on it, it’s holding up well. We have other kids over and they play rough with it as well.• Adjustment: This was important to me. I love how this hoop will be useful for a few years. Right now he gets the biggest thrill out of making a basket without any assistance. He throws balls in the hoop, sippy cups, other toys and pretty much anything that will fit. He plays with this every day. It will adjust to fit him when he’s much older also, I would guess about 4 or 5.• Base: So the base is intended to be filled with sand (one of my friends put water in hers). Since I want to be able to carry it outside so he can play on his hoop while she plays on hers, I opted to not put anything in the base. Initially it tipped over a bit because he was pulling on the hoop. After a couple days he stopped doing that and it rarely tips now.• Hoop and net: The net is the only annoying thing about this. The strings pull off of their hooks quite frequently. I stopped obsessively putting them back on because that got a little annoying. But, it seems the piece that holds the string in place could’ve been designed a little better. No big deal, not worth marking this down a star. My son pulled on the hoop initially when we got it. It didn't bend or break at all.• Ball: The ball is the perfect size for my sons little hands. It’s soft, so if he drops it on his foot, hits someone else or falls on it there will be no injury. We have a variety of other balls we also use from our basketball arcade style game.This has been an AMAZING toy for us. I couldn’t believe when I came on Amazon and realized how inexpensive it is for how awesome it is. All the first birthday parties I go to I will be buying this for. Even us adults have fun setting it far away and trying to make long shots. I would gladly give up 5 of his other toys just to have this.Update March 2017: This is literally the best toy I have ever bought! Both of my kids still play with it nearly daily. Whenever we have other kids come over they always gravitate towards this. Just last night our family friends came over and 6 kids were playing with this. My 13 year old carried it around and they did trick shots (like having the hoop downstairs and throwing the ball from the landing into the hoop and dunking competitions). I never filled the base with anything, which I'm happy about. In my experience sometimes that gets messy and then it would be harder to carry around. This thing moves from our great room, to bedrooms, outside and to the rec room. I can't even convey how happy I am that we bought this when we did!

The quality of the product is top-notch. The hoop is sturdy and durable, and the net is soft and easy to grip. My son loves shooting hoops and playing games with his friends. The goal is also easy to move around, making it perfect for backyard games or travel.

Kids benefit a lot from play with parents. The Little Tikes EasyScore is a fun way to keep you and your little one entertained. It is easy to set-up. BUT the instructions are on the outside of the carton. Our carton was shipped with shipping lables obscuring the part with putting the net on. And putting the net on was the least intutive part of the set-up.Luckily the Little Tikes website has a PDF of the instructions. Once we saw those it was no problem. The basket is sturdy and easy to adjust height wise. It is also stable without sand. As our daughter gets older we might need sand but it is not necessary. The basketball was much better quality than I was expecting.Our daughter enjoys it and took to dunking in no time. She is 21 months, so shooting will come later. But she sees me shoot and tries to imitate. She enjoys watching dad shoot '3 pointers' from across the living room. The set doesn't take up too much room and is not an eye-sore. Finally Amazon has had this at a good price up for quite sometime. Recommended.

Exactly as described. Very sturdy material and easy to assemble. Our grandson enjoys it very much.

Es el segundo producto que compro de esta marca (el primero fue la portería de futbol) y nuevamente gran calidad de materiales y construcción. Aún sin ponerle arena en la base, se sostiene super bien y aguanta tiros de todas las intensidades (obvio nada exagerado). Los ajustes de altura son muy sólidos y prácticos. Mi hijo ha avanzado poco a poco en sus tiros, conforme vamos subiendo la altura del aro y le encanta hacer canastas. Lo UNICO que pondría como negativo (pero no es nada crítico) es que la red tiende a caerse de algunos puntos, cuando haces tiros fuertes, pero solo hay que hacerle un nudo marinero y listo. También recomendaría "cazar" un buen precio, ya que siempre está cambiando y puedes encontrarlo a un super precio. Gran compra! Recomendadísima!
