Unsealed bottle or not wrapped with celephene tape
Ususally i get sealed bottles every time but this time i got bittles without the seal or celophene wrapped. Apart from this ,the product is very good. Herbal essence shampoo and conditioner is really amazing, it changes the hair texture from rough to smooth and shiny, it works even on henna dyed hair.

I like this shampoo overall. Pros: it smells great, and my hair feels soft after use. The argan oil seem to help with dryness, and my ends are less frizzy. Cons: if your hair is super damaged, you’ll still need a strong conditioner or mask. Also, the scent fades pretty quickly after rinsing. Still a good pick for everyday use!

Horrible Experience
I had a horrible experience with this shampoo. After just a few washes, I started noticing increased hair fall, which was very alarming. On top of that, it actually made my dandruff worse instead of controlling it. My scalp felt dry, itchy, and irritated. Very disappointing
