The shampoo is supposed to be used every day for full effect. I can’t use it every day. I use it every 3 days. It has a good scent and leaves my hair soft and shiny. Haven’t used it enough to note whether it helps the thinning, but it’s a wonderful clean shampoo

Wonderful Shampoo, that is really helping, especially around my temples. The only thing wrong with it is it sort of weights my hair down, so I do not use the accompanying conditioner anymore and use a lighter conditioner with it.

Love love love this shampoo and conditioner. First’ my hair has not shined this much since I was in my 30s. The smell and shine is amazing - even my children notice the shine factor! It feels healthy and the volume seems thicker. There has been no hair loss since I started using this shampoo. It is very effective for women who are menopausal and need a boost to have younger looking hair.

Only gave it a 3 because I’ve only been using for a short time. I think you need to give a good month or so to be fair. Nice scent

I got this because of the hair health benefits. It lathers up really well and a little goes a long way. It makes my hair very soft. It’s a thick quality. I really like the smell. Good size for the price.

I am a youthful 77 year old gal. I noticed there were a lot of hairs on my brush recently. I researched and researched and found out that caffeine MAY help. So I gave it a try. The first time I used it I let it stay on my head about 2 1/2 mins. I thought afer a day or 2 that maybe I wasn't losing that much hair. The next time I used it I was blown away by how little hair I had lost. I rate this product (for me) AAA+++

Tried different volume shampoos and I always come back to this as it’s the best. Does what it says. Little to no hair in the plug hole. Doesn’t dry or make my hair greasy.

I’ve been using this for a while now and I’ve definitely seen a change in my hair. It’s softer and I don’t seem to be losing as much hair as I was before using it. I also don’t need to wash it as often because it doesn’t get as greasy now. I would recommend trying it.
