Great item. Spout pours well. I've used their oils for years. My only problem has been the hinges on the lid breaking. I wish it was more sturdy, especially on this larger bottle.

I put this in either my coffee drink or tea drink every morning, and for me it gives enough energy to push through until about noon-ish when I start to feel hungry. Some people apparently don't do well with MCT oil, so I think every person needs to assess whether they want to give this a go or not, but I think the biggest complaint is usually that it can cause people to need to go to the bathroom, quickly, if they start off with too much. So if you've never tried this product before, just start really low and work your way up to the recommended amount. And, if you start this product, maybe do it on a weekend when you're near your bathroom just in case you still take a little too much for you, starting out. Haha. I doubt it would be that bad though if you really start low, but just in case. Also, people build up to higher amounts than what's recommended on the bottle, so it really is about what an individual's tolerance is, and what tolerance they build up to. It's really great for clean energy on keto, and supposedly really good for the body as an accessible source of MCTs.

Great MCT, I’ve been going with a different brand strictly due to price. I went back to BP while it’s on sale. First time opening the lid the hinge snapped completely off. The old bottle worked fine, now I have to find a new container.
