Excellent and easy to use

Only problem was getting the needle end off the pen off. Easy to use and no other problems.

Bought for my 88 year-old mother to use and seemed very simple for her to operate. She hasn't used it yet so can't add anymore.

I'm not diabetic, but bought this to monitor my blood glucose occasionally and reassure myself that all is well. If I notice a problem, I can consult the GP sooner. This device is well up to that job and removes the nagging doubt about diabetes as I get older and experience more aches and pains. The meter was easy to set up and although I wasted a couple of test strips initially, because the instructions were poor, when I did get readings they were exactly where I expected them to be. The device stores the readings in its own memory and calculates several rolling averages. My one little criticism is that the button which releases the test strip is a little strange. I am still not clear how that works. Consumables are affordable. If I was unfortunate enough to have to monitor blood sugar frequently, I might have chosen a monitor which allows results to be downloaded, but this one meets my simple needs perfectly, at the moment. Overall I am pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend this product.

Does the job

Fast delivery and wasy to use for I am not sure the results are correct.Constantly saying my level is too low and I should rush to hospital an hour later I get diffrent readings.In one week I already went through a box of 50 as each time I had to retake the test to verify the LOW or E-3 result.It becomes expensive when you have to retake each test e time.
