The sound quality is very good and I can turn it up and have all ...
This little fella has plenty of volume for my needs and when I purchased it I knew I was NOT buying any High End Audiophile piece of equipment. The sound quality is very good and I can turn it up and have all the sound I want.. I installed it a new basement laundry/sewing room and I purchased two speakers for it and I am very happy.Anybody who buys this kind of equipment and expects High End Audio from it, doesn't have a clue about Audio Specs. If you want something for Home Theater, quit being so cheap and expect to spend no less than $1000 on the Receiver alone, if you want quality and clean undistorted power.I have read so many of the reviews on this and feel there are a lot of folks out there who think they understand audio specs when they really have no clue. Most don't even understand real Power ratings and what they mean nor distortion levels and what the difference is. This is a simple little amp that plays USB and does so nicely. My complaint is when you shut it off and turn it back on the USB starts back at the very beginning and not where it left off. This amp is great for the workshop, garage, basement rec room, exercise room, porch or any place you want music but not interested in setting up the room acoustically nor will you be listening to LPs with a $500 Audio-Technica Nude-Shabita Cartridge and Needle, tracking at 3/4 gram and driving some Cerwin Vega HED U-15 Speakers. This is a small amp made for non AUDIOPHILE APPLICATIONS and mine works great for just that type of job. When I want true High Fidelity I go upstairs where I have my Akai GX750 15 ips Reel to Reel hooked up along with my ROTEL, Direct-drive manual turntable with the Audio-Technica AT155 Cartridge with a Nude Shabita styli all connected to my Sansui QRX - 9001 Audio Reciever, driving 4 Cerwin Vega HED U-15 speakers and TWO Soundcraftsman 16 octave Equalizer for the front Front and another for rear speakers all connected with High End gold tip patch cables and Monster Cable for the speakers. When I am down in the basement working and moving around in areas that are acoustic nightmares, then this little amp is FANTASTIC for the job and I have had ZERO Issues with it.

Small but mighty!
This is a tough little unit to review. It is very small and all steel body you never see today on any hi fi gear. The unit has a LOT of volume but cannot say how much, guessing around 30 watts a side with huge dynamic range peaks from the design. The channel separation is impressive and with the basic tone controls really great sound. 20-40k is a wide bandwidth. The only noise I here is if the material has it like lo fi mpg's. Also only one analog input but mainly use for mpg's on memory stick. The remote is great and has a basic 4 preset type position eq. A couple of them are good if you back off the tone controls a bit.As a high fidelity guy can honestly say if you just need moderate power and the one input say to a cd player and the memory stick is enough this is a steal for 68.00. Cons > the channel LED's are way too bright for me and wish they had just put in water clear point source. No need to light the room up with these and annoying to look at after a while.Update 1/23/16 still rocks! For the money and the little space it takes up have had no problems at all. It gets warm if you have it up a little but no big deal there. ***** NEED to remove the cheese cloth on the vents. So dense the warm air can escape fast enough and does not builds up which could damage the amp. One of the greatest features is the "Random"playback feature apparently not found on a lot of other models.Very unique amplifier and it gets my vote for what the thing costs. A++++4/23/18 Still using and the Random playback is so great with a few hundred songs on usb memory!2/19 still playing excellent!

This Amplifier Is No Piece Of Junk, Don't Believe The Negative Reviews!
After reading so many negative reviews about this product I was very skeptical about purchasing it, but being a "seeing is believing" kinda guy and being in need of a swift replacement amplifier for my home studio amplifier I decided to order this product as I would receive it in only 2 after purchasing it. I received the amplifier well packaged and shipped promptly by Amazon and I was eager to get it set up so that I could test the sound quality and power output and wow! Crisp, clear sound reproduction and powerful enough to power my 8" studio monitors in conjunction with my mixer and microphone preamp interface!! Absolutely no background feedback or hum as stated in so many reviews of this product. No excessive heat generation by this product at all and the overall THD is so low that I can crank my mixer all the way up and still not experience loss of sound quality from this amplifier. I definitely give this little amplifier a "Two Thumbs Up" and a 5 star rating on sound quality, versatility, and easy installation!

DO NOT BUY THIS PLEASE!
*UPDATE UNDER ORIGINAL REVIEW*"i already had a pyle amp but it bothered me that i had to stand up to change the volume all the time, so i figured id upgrade to one with a remote. It never worked. Seeing a lot of reviews saying the same. Great amp, just dont buy it for this reason"Do not buy this amp. Worked for about a week, and only with one specific TV. I've tried using my ipad, phone, laptop, and pc and was always met with intense feedback that could not be lowered, practically blowing out my speakers.I figured I'd try something different with it. I brought it to my desk to use as a headphone amp with my PC. I plug it in, and as soon as I power it on it sparks up, solders the cable to my computer, and fries my audio ports. Needed to purchase a new PC case because of this. Was plugged into a surge protector, and was using a standard 3.5mm aux cable. Makes me worry that if I had touched the end of the cable I could have been seriously injured. Remote never worked, and amp worked for a few weeks before nearly starting a fire. I used to love Pyle amps because they're at a fair price point but I don't think I'll be giving you guys another chance after this.
