Easy to swallow. More fishy than the expensive brands but I just hold my breath. If you freeze them they are less fishy tasting and easier to swallow. This brand has amazed me honestly. They are very large pill but no bigger than any other fish oil I have taken.

I like the amount of pills I received for the price I paid. It is enough for me and my husband to use for about 3 months. We both take 2 pills per day. Even then we have 30 pills which is 2 weeks more before we run out. The only thing we have to remember is do not throw away the small pill bottle so we can have separate bottles. We keep our medications separate so we won't get them mixed up.

Normally I have no problem with this product. I opened my most recent order and it's no longer capsules it's a solid clump.
