Good product, shame about the packaging
The product is good and worked very well with my Pad ThaiWhen I took off the plastic covering on the tub, I noticed it was very sicky and found the tub had a split on one side, not great and a sticky mess so I've had to move the sugar to another tub.

Taste is fine.
This palm sugar is rock hard their are softer plam sugars available which is easier to work with. I put this Palm Sugar into a pot of simmering water . Being very hard makes it difficult to get out the tube. Decent price though.
