Gaveno Cavailia Teddy Fleece Luxurious Super Soft Warm and Cosy Fitted Bed Sheet (Grey, Single Matching Fitted Sheet)

This item is absolutely perfect... and I have no problem with the product at all!But I want to bring it to the attention of other purchasers and the seller, that because they have to open a farm gate to get to my property, the delivery company (HERMES), took it upon themselves to not bother attempting to deliver. Instead, they chose to forge my neighbours signature and took it to a local post office.I then received a message via email stating the package had been left with my neighbour with a copy of the signature. Knowing that anyone going to my neighbours house, has to walk past my living room window... I found it highly suspicious! I checked with my neighbour who confirmed they hadn't taken in a parcel for me, and then began a hunt for a contact number or email address to contact Hermes! Phone number only gave me a recorded message, and there is NO email available on the website. Used the "LIVE" chat option (which is a robot), and ended up being fobbed off with an automated message saying they would be in touch in 2-3 working days.As luck would have it.. I popped into my local Post Office, to pay a bill and the Postal Clerk spotted my address and told me there were two parcels waiting for me. I asked if he'd signed for them and showed him the signature, and he said ..."No, Hermes said it didn't need signing for!"I know this story doesn't detract from the quality of the item, but it could have lead to me requesting a refund from the Seller if I hadn't inadvertently found where Hermes had delivered it to!All that aside... I just want to reiterate... I LOVE THIS DUVET!But please Seller... USE A DIFFERENT COURIER! Hermes are atrocious!

I bought this for keeping warm in winter. It is warm and cosy but pillow case had 4 inch hole when it arrived. Stitching was missed so had to sew it myself. The pink was nothing like in the photo it is a gawdry bright baby pink. Looks cheaper fabric used than in the photo shown. This product is not a true representation of the quality shown. I had to wash it before use not just to freshen it up but because it had nasty smell to it. Although I have slept in it twice and it is very warm and soft it looks cheap. I just am sick of company's sending items to me that when the product comes it is substandard fabric. Seems they show the item in a quality fabric for show purposes and then make it using very cheap fabric that you wouldn't wear and definitely wouldn't order. I wish amazon would do something about this and put a stop to companies doing this by refusing to sell there products.

The pillow case's are not made properly with no turn back peace to keep the pillow from falling out . Duvet cover button hole are to small and the fleece quality is not the best. My one arrived with a hole in the pillow seam . I bought this set based on reviews. I'm now thinking the reviews were fake... my advice go to next or dulem and purchase one from there . I am once I have my refund .

So soft, so warm, yet it’s comfortable to sleep on when it’s really hot to as you can just throw the duvet off and lay on the soft cuddly sheet. I’m bedbound and these soft teddy sheets has stopped my feet from rubbing and getting sore on the heals. As I said I’ve bought in the height of summer and have them on my air mattress and they somehow keep you just snuggle, not to hot, if you get chilly I just pull the duvet back on and I’m all snuggled in for the night. The weather has been up and down since I put them on our beds and me nor my hubby have had issues. My hubby loves them so much I can’t get him out of bed 😂 I took the plunge and got the matching duvet covers and pillow cases, as they are so dreamy to sleep on, and they wash up so well! I’ve not got a bad word to say about this new wonder in bedding, being bedbound it has changed my life for the good😃

I ordered this as a Christmas gifts for my parents. In the photo the bedding looked like a lovely rich red colour which would have matched their bedroom perfectly. In reality the bedding is a bright red colour that looks extremely cheap. Now I've had to return and been charged over £3.00 for my trouble! Will not be ordering from this seller again!!!

I like this duvet cover very much. Unfortunately while the duvet cover arrived a lovely bright cream colour, the pillow slips were a whole different colour. Although cream, they looked like they’d been washed with something black. So they are greyed and dirty looking. I didn’t want to have to send back, but it’s a shame they aren’t the same as the duvet cover.

Although I wrote a product review for a similar product , I thought that I should update you all on this quilt set.This is totally "Jason King" styling and I love the colour plus it is more comfy / soft . I did buy the extra pillow cases but it comes in it's own "Fluffy cases" which I suppose you could use for the pillows but one is smaller than the other. The idea of these extra cases is to store them neatly in your airing cupboard but the choice is yours. I find this is an easy product to put your quilt in and unlike a cotton quilt cover , the quilt stays put plus I do not get a "Quilt Thief" nabbing the quilt off of me during the night. It is really a brilliant item which cuddles and hugs you all night and keeps you warm plus it is not heavy. My Step dad suffers with bad circulation in his legs which used to get cold during the night, not no more. He was that impressed he bought a second set plus bottom mattress cover . I really came across this by accident but have tried to pass on my finding to friends and family and everybody has had a positive nights sleep, try it as it is great value for money .

Nice and stretchy, good depth on fitted sheet, cosy, washes well, keeps its pile - sheds a bit and scags slightly when removing those awkward plastic tags but I'm very pleased and will order again in a different colour.
