Q: At first these little feeders worked fine now they drip constantly anyone know how to fix this?

The top nectar container and the bottom section where it screwed in might not be evenly in contact together. Try smoothing out the rim of the lower part with fine grain sandpaper. This should create a better seal between those two parts. It will leak initially when the feeder warms up from the outside temperature like when it’s directly exposed to the sun but should hold up when the outside air pressure equalizes the inside the bottle air pressure

There's no link in your question and not enough words to search the product. These feeders are very small and I don't see where anything could attach. Even though I loved these feeders, and so did the hummingbirds, little bees found and took them over after a couple weeks. When the bees seemingly attacked the hummingbirds I took them down.

You always lose a little when the wind blows. I have several different types; some drip more than others due to their design differences. You want some leakage, Hummingbirds can smell the sugar for some distance - it helps attract them.

Q: Where is this manufactured?

I threw the box away last year. I honestly don’t know where is from but I can tell you that it leaks and it makes a mess on the window :( unfortunately it didn’t work for me.
