Wham-O - Frisbee Mini Frisbee Golf Disc

I bought this for my husband who has a 9 hole course set up on our yard, for him to use in the winter for fun. He moves it all around the house and plays a lot. It’s a fun gift for all ages!

Bought this for disc golf loving husband a few years ago and it lives in our family room where my kids still play with it! Fun for the whole family and has lasted through toddler life! Easy to assemble but also stash away when we need to!

I bought this to have some fun inside the house or around the yard, with friends. I have a full size disc golf basket, but in a smaller yard or inside, this minidisc set is fun. Pros: 1. Easy to setup, move around or disassemble to bring somewhere else. 2. Light weight discs that aren't going break things if they fly off course. 3. Fun colors for kids. 4. Fun little game for the price. Cons: 1. There are quite a few bounce outs, due to the smaller and minimal chain. I may just add a second row of chains to help fix this. 2. The disc are very understable if thrown too hard. Thus can be fun for throwing "s" curves, though. 3. The dog loves to chew on the discs, but this doesn't seem to effect the flight too much. Haha. This is a fun little game to have around the house for adults and kids. Even my adult friends who come over, enjoy playing a few rounds of mini disc, or just tossing them around for fun. I was on the fence about giving this four or five stars, but we really do like this little game. We set it up for an Easter party and all the kids and adults were playing together. We did have to set it up on a table top, this is smaller than I expected. On the other hand, its size doesn't take away from the fun. Instead of playing this outside on the lawn, everyone played in the screened in pool area. In fact we'll have it out by the pool all summer. My kids and their friends are always playing it. The grandparents play with the kids whenever they come over. I don't remember a time when something to inexpensive became so much fun for ages 5 to 70. Yes, even the teenager takes time to play with his younger brother and all of the adults.

My 10 year older son ordered this because he enjoys throwing a Frisbee (full size), and Frisbee golf was fun at summer camp. He was really surpised at how small it is. We know it said mini, but it's really mini, like micro-mini. Each disk is 3.75" inches in diameter. They are very light and small so the do not float well when thrown. He still has fun with it, and it's so small he can play inside the house. But if you are looking for a frisbee that throws well, this isn't for you. It for goofing around in a small area.

This toy is addicting. It's so easy to toss the little 4" frisbees. This review is inspired by those who made comments about how well the frisbee's flew. Many here have said it was very difficult to throw the small frisbees. Others have said they fly well. If you remember that these disks fly quickly and that it takes some distance for it to curve, they are actually quite tossable. I disagree with every person here that says these frisbee's are very difficult to throw. I have a living room about 17' feet wide. I stand on one end of the living room and toss it across. I am able to land some of the frisbee's in the basket so they are 'aimable' enough to make a tough shot. Because of what others have written here, I had some real concerns that these disks would be very difficult to aim and throw. With some practice, it's definitely possible to throw these frisbee's consistently. I have not come close to knocking the basket over. The frisbee's are so light in weight it would be really REALLY difficult to knock it over, I mean darned near impossible (if set on a level surface). The basket is so low to the ground. It's really helpful to bend the knees to get a better line of sight. Great game for the price, seems pretty durable as well. The chains are pretty good at catching the frisbees when you get it close enough to center.

Great kids product!

This is a great way to bring the fun of disc golf indoors. I use this in my classroom as a teaching aid and it works great for that purpose. Game play on it is good but not perfect. Discs fly predictably from about 15 to 20 ft. Further out and it gets a bit dicey. Also, the chains sometimes fail to catch well thrown discs due to their lightweight nature. For the price and the fact that I can play disc golf indoors without fear of damaging anything, I give it 5 stars. **I have thrown mini marker discs from my disc golf bag at this target, and they are just a bit too heavy. The discs provided are lighter and don't fly as purely, but they are perfect for the lightweight nature of the basket and chains. As an outdoor play item, I would not recommend this product as strongly. There are nicer mini targets out there, but the prices are outrageous. If I had unlimited money, I would go for the all metal version.
