Great set! If you are looking for an officially sized set with the Kubbs 7 cm by 7 cm x 15 cm tall, and batons that are 4.4 cm in diameter, this is it. Buy it and you will never be disappointed. Three are many sets out there that sell for less but they are not official US size. If you show up with these bad boys, you will never have to apologize for having a "kid" set. I have made several Kubb sets over the years and bought this one for a gift. The wood in this set is hardwood that has the correct heft and feel and will last a lifetime provided you don't leave it outside in the rain. This wood is not treated but you don't want that anyway. Kubb should feel natural, not painted or treated with chemicals. It is an ancient game so the wood should not be unnaturally adorned. The only "paint" on this set is the top of the king which is a flat red stain all other pieces are natural. It comes with a red carry bag that makes it a great gift.

This was the most expensive KUBE set available on Amazon. It is likely the largest (regulation size) set as I only played using another set at a reunion which I recall as being smaller and with a softer wood. The wood in this set is rock solid, takes a beating and looks good doing it. I suggest ponying up the extra money and jumping from the mediocre sets ($49-$72) and get this one (I paid $119 in July 2017) if you're going to play with any frequency.

Set arrived made in Beechwood, as described, and not pine, as other sets available are made. The set also comes with a carrier bag, which fits all the pieces easily to take on-the-go.

this is a nicely made game and the carrying case is a helpful addition.it is quite heavy.

This is a fun game for the whole family! The weight is correct and the game pieces have a substantial feel to them. We would recommend spending the extra money to get the regulation set.

Heavy wood. Durable. Have used several times with no issues. Bag holds everything easily with a drawstring for easy transport and storage. Check weight of similar sets and you will see the difference.

Handsome, well made set. Great yard game for kids and adults. Delivered right on time for our Rosh Hashanah party!
