Melted mess......don't buy!!
Well the actually product is very tasty but as you can see from the picture the product is a melted mess when it arrived. The bags of pretzels where shipped in a standard cardboard box from who know where in the country. I live in florida so I understand it is hot here, but one would think if you are shipping a product with chocolate you would take the nessacery steps to insure it gets to your customers correctly and not a melted mess. I do recommend the product but don't recommend buying from this company as you will have an expensive pile of melted pretzels.

Delicious…
Very yummy! Received box and it met almost every expectation- except if ordering these in a warmer climate, once box is received, you may want to store them in a cool climate before you dig into them. I put one bag in the refrigerator… Yum!

Chocolate Pretzels
The product is great. Unfortunately due to the heat all the chocolate melted and the individual pretzels are stuck together.
