Stops working after 6 weeks
My cats loved this one alot, unluckily it’s broken now. It was good for maybe 6 weeks. Was thinking of asking for a replacement but it’s past the date I am sure. It’s too expensive to replace for now. Unless I asked someone to fix it.

So dangerous and broke almost right away
I bought this for my cat who loves chasing things. However it started smoking within minutes and broke almost immediately. It over heated and I would hate to know the damage it would have done if I was out of the house when this happened. Really disappointed and scared.

Not durable - waste of money
This was second one I have had - great toy and cat loved it. The first one - the arm snapped, but was replaced promptly without charge, but then the motor died. The second one, the unit stopped spinning - threw it in bin. Won't get another. I could understand if I had a tiger, but he is a kitten!!!! I wouldn't recommend this product, not very durable

Great cat entertainment.
My cat loves this toy. I bought rechargeable batteries because she asks us to switch it on so often it was costing us a fortune in batteries.

Caught fire after 2 months. Hmm.
Firstly, our cat loved this toy. She LOVED it and would happily hunt the lure until it timed out. Our cat isn't really a 'player', so we were ecstatic at first that after 6 years we found something she would engage with. Great.Unfortunately this is the only positive. The packaging says this is a quiet toy, but it is actually extremely loud given its function. Power consumption is abysmal, not something you would think about for a cat toy, but this thing takes 3 C size batteries and gets through them extremely quickly, making it very expensive for a cat toy to run. I never thought this would be an issue, but we were having to change batteries every 2 weeks and for C size batteries, that's not cheap. Sadly things only got worse, as the toy spontaneously burst into flames one evening and had we not been watching it, the outcome could've been much worse. Not sure what the problem was, but there was a significant amount of smoke given its size. Avoid unless you want a noisy, expensive and potentially deadly way to entertain your cat.

Awesome
Awesome toy. Cat absolutely loves it. Love that it turns itself off after a certain amount of time so it doesn't waste the batteries.

Breaks far too easily
My 9 month old Bengal kitten loves this toy...too much in fact! He is not a huge kitten but he can pounce like a full-size Tiger! It's a great toy for him as it is really good for his hunting instincts and letting him use lots of his energy. However, the idea is great, the build is not. He has snapped off the stalk twice and the skirt is getting shredded already. I have has this toy for about a week and he has been able to pay with it for a max of three hours I'd say. It's now awaiting repair attention from my husband, that's if he can fix it. I should probably have just asked for a replacement straight off but I knew that it would happen again. Thinking of attempting to replace the stalk with a metal one rather than the flimsy plastic. The skirt is another matter as I will have to make sure my kitten does not get entangled in the rapidly deteriorating one. Not sure what I will replace that with just yet. Overall it's a good toy but the build quality is not up to the pouncing and attack that it gets. Maybe your cat is more gentle!
