Seller sent my order well packed and in one piece and nothing was missing. This is my second cloth hanger of this type and having used a similar product from a different brand before, I can confidently say that this product is well designed to handle decently heavy loads. I installed the product myself but not with the supplied screws and I used steel screws of shorter length but similar thickness if not thicker, given that it was difficult to drill holes in the ceiling using a regular hammer drill (best would be Rotary drill) and I could only drill holes as deep as 3/4 inch only but it is still working wonderfully. The supplied rope lines are of appropriate thickness and are designed to handle quite a lot of weight on each line. The line holder is well made too and performs its job aptly. The mild-steel sheets holding the rollers are around 25 inches in length and a couple of inches wide each (2 Nos.); they are kind of soft and are easy to bend by bare hands but once they are properly installed on the ceiling, they won't disappoint and will handle heavier loads each depending on the quality of installation. The end-caps for the steel tubes could have been made better as they are not snug fit and even get removed accidentally if we are not careful while taking the clothes off of the tubes. Overall,this is a value for money product in under 2,000/- INR price segment and if you want true heavy-duty product, increase your budget. P.S. Great quality, timely delivery. Perfect for those who don’t want old school aluminium drying racks and want some balcony floor space back. Had to get it installed by an UrbanCompany carpenter who took nearly 2 hours for the setup. Well worth the initial headache since this is a great longterm solution especially if you live in your own home.

The product itself is great. 5 ratings for the product. But the amazon installation service kept on delaying the service and cancelled it themselves after a month. I later had to pay 800 for the installation myself.

Sturdy. One day delivery. Installation is a bit tiring if you are doing it on your own. 14 screws. Rollers are OK.instructions on installation are very clear. Will update further after a weeks usage.
