I gave this to my 12 year-old granddaughter for Christmas. She loves art projects and doing things for other people. Today, at a large athletic facility with several sporting events, she gave one of her flowers to a young girl she didn't know. Later, a man was walking around it with it, then another little girl had it. Over the three hours I was there, different people -- strangers to each other -- passed off the flower as a "random act of kindness." The flowers themselves are beautiful; the message passed with them, even more so.

I bought these as birthday presents for my grand daughters ( ages 9 and 11) and they just loved these kits. They were able to make the flowers without any supervision and they came out as pictured. Six months later and they are still in vases and look beautiful. Don’t hesitate to buy this kit. My grand daughters love crafts and this is by far the best kit out there. I wish more companies made kits of this quality.

This is such a beautifully done kit, but I would definitely suggest it for an older kid. My children are very gifted six-year-olds and no stranger to craft projects. But cutting the thickness of the tissue paper (once it was folded all together) was very hard for their small hands. A great deal of this craft project had to be done by me. It was fun to do together, but it’s not something they can really do on their own. I would suggest third grade and above.

If your kids like animals and you like them having a kind heart- this is great! Really different sort of craft kit. Kind of like bracelet weaving but you end up making two dog collars that can actually be used. Nice heavy metal buckle and D ring and pleather collar that seems to work nice on our dog with the leash that we have. Good instructions but we also looked on the company website and they had videos (my daughter does better with visuals) on how to braid the collar. She made one for our dog with the blossom, baked the doggie treats, then we took the other collar with necktie and treats to a shelter. There's a really funny gift bag that says it's from the squirrels of the neighborhood. Something like if the dogs feeling fancy, maybe they won't chase them. They loved it at the shelter and said that they'd pass around the collar and tie for when they take pictures for dogs to adopt. They should seriously sell this at the shelter to go home with the pets. I'm planning on buying a few more for birthday gifts or to do with my daughter and take them all to the shelter. They made a big fuss there about how thoughtful she was and she was beaming. Money well spent on a really sweet concept.

Great birthday gift for a twelve year old girl. When opened, there was enough materials (and fun!) for three girls to happily work on the craft. Good quality materials and easy to follow instructions. The girls (and I as a parent) also loved the idea of giving the flowers away to surprise someone. Fun and a lesson in humanity at the same time!

Bought 2 of these kits for my granddaughters who were going stir crazy with online school during COVID. This got them out of the house (with masks of course) and they had an absolutely funtastic time decorating their neighborhood. Their neighbors loved the chalked signs and my girls added their own twist with additional artistic drawings. Everyone's day was brightened with this random act of kindness kit. We've now purchased another Renegade kit and the girls can't wait to spread more joy. Great family activity.

I love this idea and the materials inside are of pretty good quality. And I should know I’m an art teacher. What a perfect gift for this unprecedented time we live in. A chance for you to spread a little more cheer in the world. Awesome idea - I just love it. Probably going to have to go try the other kits too.

The kids LOVED this and I thought it was amazingly cool. It comes with a bunch of stencils and the chalk turns out super bright! We never would have been able to make such great art with sticks of chalk. The stencils were really funny and my little people also used the one with loose graphics to make a bunch of pictures. The only thing is that you need to follow directions well on mixing the paints- first the water to the line, then pour in the powders, but it's all laid out there. I found that if it gets too watery, you can put a little corn starch in and mix. We had lots of fun doing this at the park, then sat back and watched people walk by and laugh at the sayings. I also adore that this brand gives to charity. Will have fun trying them all.
