I could only give this product 4 stars considering all of the plates were noticeably scratched around the edges and some in the center of the plates. However, once you put your dinner plate on top, you can barely notice anything around the edges...will only be using these at home for occasional use. Had I been using these for a formal event, I would have definitely returned.

These made my table very pretty with white platinum trim china setting. Also they kept my white table cloth very clean, which was a nive appreciated surprise. There are a few appearance of flaws, but that makes them look used and authentic. Good price too.

I wanted something to dress up my dining room table, without spending upwards of $150 hundred dollars (which is the direction I was heading if I had ordered the other chargers I had in mind).These are pretty, functional, and not terribly expensive. Yes there are places around some of the edges where you can see the black, but for money, I think they’re great.

After purchasing two sets of chargers, one quite expensive that were not quite right and giving them away, I ordered these chargers that are a soft beautiful gold that is exactly what I needed to match both my Ardmore Gold fine China with white linens, and my Titanic cobalt blue and gold with navy or cranberry linens, absolutely lovely elegant table settings with these, could not be more pleased!

Yeh, it's plastic, but I never expected that I would scratch it up with a butter knife! I was just slicing up some eggs for goodness sakes! I don't know if they'd hold up against a plastic knife and I don't care because I would never use a plastic knife at home. They are pretty plates, but so disappointing functionality-wise.
