Hydration, but make it easy!
We’re big fans of Buoy Electrolyte Drops! The taste is super light and clean (no weird aftertaste 🙌), and we love that there’s no sugar or sweeteners—just simple, clean ingredients that actually make sense. The trace minerals and vitamins are a great bonus, and the fact that it comes in a three-pack means we’re never scrambling when one runs out. Just a few drops and boom—hydration upgrade. Simple, effective, and honestly kind of genius.

Buoy Hydration Drops - They're a win for me!
When you find something that works, its such a blessing! I've struggled for years with not being able to use hydration supplements, like the Nuun that my husband uses or the Zipfizz that my mom and my son use, because of magnesium. For whatever reason, my system is 100% against me putting ANY amount of magnesium into it orally. I've had to do IVs, take baths with pounds of epsom salts, and I've tried the magnesium oil, but wow it stings! Even the 25mg of magnesium in Nuun was too much for me, and I've struggled with hydration for some time, quite ironic when living the the wet and green Pacific Northwest! About a month ago I happened upon an ad for these Buoy hydration drops on Instagram as I was scrolling. I moved on but the idea stuck in the back of my head. A little later I checked them out on Amazon, but I still wasn't ready to invest $10 a bottle for these. When I later saw an ad for their chronic illness program I was hooked. They give a permanent 35% discount to anyone dealing with chronic illness, as well as donating to chronic illness charities for every bottle ordered on their site. I signed up and ordered my first pack right away. They make it clear on their website that they are unflavored, but not flavorless, this is true. My husband can detect the smell of the drops in a glass of water, but he has an abnormally strong sniffer. In a small glass I can definitely taste them, but it is not unpleasant. It's a hard taste to describe, slightly salty, slightly sweet. I got used to it pretty quickly and it doesn't bother me at all. If I used the drops in something with more flavor than water I don't notice them at all. You can add them to any liquid - coffee, soup, they even recommend adding them to wine though I haven't tried that. It took a week or two for me to begin to notice the differences, but I definitely see them now. I've dealt with chronic dry skin on the back of my hands for years and while it's a little wrinkly now, there are no scratchy, dry flakes and I haven't had to put lotion on my hands during the day for weeks. I also notice a little more energy and alertness. That's a big deal for someone who deals with chronic fatigue! When I found myself running low I put in a double order so that I make sure that I won't run out, and I've signed up for the auto-ship program. Here's the thing: It's the little stuff that makes a big difference sometimes. If you're looking for a hydration supplement, I would definitely recommend that you give these a shot.

Simple and convenient hydration fix
Im someone who has always been good about hydration as I drink a lot of water throughout the day but realized as I’ve entered perimenopause and traveling more for work that I needed a supplement. I’ve tried a few powder supplements or added coconut water in but it’s hard to stay consistent with those so I opted to try bouy. I’ve been using it for a week now and here’s my assessment so far (will update if things change): • skin: I run a lot and I notice dehydration with lots of salt on my skin after I run, swollen fingers and flaky face. All 3 of these have improved and it’s nice to finally have glowing skin again as the dry face was the part I disliked the most. • fatigue. It’s still too soon to tell a noticeable difference, especially since I’m also trying to eat less sugar in the mornings but I haven’t felt as tired at that 3pm time when I normally want to take a nap or have a coffee • ease of use. I love that I can just squeeze it into anything and that it’s a clear liquid so I don’t have to wash out residue from my water bottle afterwards. I was on a work trip this week and took a bottle with me on the plan, making it through airport security no problem as it’s only 2oz bottles. • taste. A lot of reviews talk about that it’s not 100% taste free. That’s true but it’s also what mineral water is supposed to taste like. I grew up on well water which was so good for you. Most water is too filtered these days which is why people can drink a ton of water and still be dehydrated. What you’re tasting is the minerals. My experience is you’ll get used to the taste after a week or so (people do with well water) and if you don’t like it, just add it to coffee, soda or other beverages. I’ve added mine to everything, including a glass of wine and it’s so easy to do. Overall so far, I would recommend if you’re looking for a hydration supplement.

Helps my swelling
This is my second time ordering Buoy. So I'm a repeat customer. I am not a doctor or anything. I can only speak to my own experience. Your milage my very. Ect. Ect. Anyway I love this stuff. First off I have a lot of swelling typically in my legs but when I use this on a regular basis it really helps a lot. Also just in general I feel better while using Buoy regularly. It is (mostly) tasteless. A serving is a very light quick squeeze. I have also cut sugar out of my drinks. Soda is gone for me. I have replaced it with Gamersupps drink mix to add flavor (and caffeine lol). Anyway one serving of this in my drink is unnoticeable. Two servings works almost like a flavor enhancer. It makes all the fruit flavors much more vibrant. But do stop at two servings per drink. To me if you go to three squirts it does taste a bit weird. But yeah I absolutely love this and it makes my legs so much better. I highly recommend it

Good but there is a taste
I really do love this item. I gave it four stars for a couple of reasons. The first reason is the price. Is definitely spendy I know this is a three pack but even for one bottle it is pretty spendy. The second reason is because as some people mentioned even with a tiny bit it has a taste. I usually fill up my hydra jug which is a 40 oz hydro jug with water and ice ice halfway and then water halfway and then the rest of the way I fill with my favorite sparkling water like the La Croix mojito. After it is filled I put in two squirts in the 40 oz and you can definitely taste it. It's not totally horrible but it's definitely noticeable. It would be nice if there was absolutely no taste at all but I guess you're not going to get away from that. Having the sparkling water does help to some extent but it also kind of can distort the taste of your sparkling water. I find that I have the best luck if I use the LaCroix mojito because the mints kind of masks the taste. That is my only complaint. It does seem to do the trick if you consistently do it in small doses. If you do it in one large dose you're definitely going to taste it and it's going to be unpleasant but if you have been out in the sun working all day and you are super dehydrated I would say that's what you need to do or grab something that's a little bit more bearable for your pallet like a liquid IV. The only thing that I don't like about the liquid IV and why I wanted to try this one is because it has so much sodium in it and not the greatest ingredients but his definitely worked for me in an extreme situation. If you are adding it to your water and small amounts and doing it consistently then you should be fine if you are drinking it throughout the day especially when it is really hot out. If you are not doing that it's not going to be the quick fix hydration that I have found the liquid IV to be. I don't know what is different about it but there's something different. I would like them to have it taste better but I don't know if they can do that and keep the ingredients as clean as they are.

Easiest way to stay hydrated
Great for those who don't like the taste of other electrolyte/hydration drinks. Can be added to any drink of choice, even coffee, and it does not alter the flavor. I went a day without and realized how much this really does help me stay hydrated, especially during the cold months when I may not be drinking enough liquids. Have already recommended it to several people, and will be buying again. Also love the multi-pack to keep on in my purse to add to any of my beverages while I'm out.

Portability/ Ease of Use on the Go Is a Game Changer!
These have been a life saver for me, while suddenly having to travel repeatedly for a family emergency, and having health issues that prevent me from eating properly throughout the day. The boost of electrolytes gives me a noticeable reduction in symptoms and helps me push through what i need to do, until i can eat and be floored again for the rest of the evening iykyk lol I see a lot of people complain about the price - and yes it’s not cheap by any means- but I’m paying for convenience & pprtability; every moment on my feet at the kitchen counter measuring out salt/ food/ water, etc, is taking away energy I could use for something else. The ability to keep one on the kitchen counter, one in my purse, and one backup, is priceless. I have added this to my water bottles on flights, in airports, in cars, etc - while I would certainly be spilling my salt (and wouldn’t even try in someone else's vehicle!!!) if I went that route :) So I’m a fan.

They work but too expensive to maintain
These work as described. Digestive does help as advertised. Immunity takes horrible and even in coffee its nasty. I do like these and would have given 5 stars if not so expensive.
