The media could not be loaded. This set is the perfect solution to bring your bag back to life! The wheels are well made and come with bearings which make them much smoother and more durable than the originals... The hardest part is cutting off the old axles - luckily I had access to a drill press which made installation a breeze. The steps I followed are: remove the wheel assemblies from the bag... this is optional but it makes everything a lot easier... drill out the old axles... this is very easy but needs to be gentle so you don't damage the plastic part... push the old axle out with an awl or screwdriver... install the new wheels... tip: it's important that the side of the bearings is tight against the wall of the wheel assembly; otherwise the bearing will spin on the axle and not do its job. I put washers on both ends to make sure the bearing where tight. Install the new axle bolts... Tip: The bolts come with a blue mark on them which is a glue called "thread lock" to prevent the bolt from loosening... I added some more of this glue but I guess this is optional too. Thread lock is expensive but any glue should help to keep them tight... and finally reinstalled the wheel assemblies and bingo... my bag rolls much better than new!... The kit came with two different sizes of axles, 8 bolts, 12 washers, and a couple of allen keys to make installation easy... I was lucky to have access to a drill press but if you don’t have one don’t be discouraged... this is a job well worth the effort. In my case I save my bag for which I paid good money.. Remember to memorize/print the instructions on the product page when buying because none are included in the packaging.Installation is very easy. They provide the Allen keys to tighten the 'bolt'. Make sure you use the washers provided. It fit my luggage perfectly. I used on a trip recently, no problems, smooth rollin'The hardest part of the process is removing the old wheel - You'll need a hacksaw or drill with the right size bit to remove. You can search this process on youtube.

good quality and reasonable price. Easy to install. Removing the old wheels may be harder. I used a center point punch and electric drill to bore off the rivet end of the old shaft. You may have to clamp the old shaft to keep it from turning while drilling. Then pull the shaft out by the other end.

These were the perfect wheels for my older Samsonite Luggage. I think they roll even better than the original ones. Easy to install and way cheaper than new luggage

Easy to install. Perfect fit. Bag rolls smooth again. Can update after a few trips under the belt of these new wheels to see how they hold up on the globe trotting.Old wheel on the bag had a plastic hub/rim design that over my years of traveling for work had disintegrated. I ordered this set in hopes they would be a match after comparing some measurements and they were expected to fit.They fit perfectly.To install them I used my Cobalt metal drill bit to drill through the old metal axle stems that Samsonite rivets into place. Once that rivet was removed, then a pair of pliers was able to pull the axle housing out.To install the new wheels i used 2 washers on each side for spacing and then slid the pen and lock screw in. Torqued them down and ready to go.Only tool you really need to get going if you dont own one is a drill bit designed to chew through the metal axle most suitcases are using. Once that is out of the way the replacement wheel assembly can go right in its place.Really impressed with the number of spare parts as well. It comes with 4 wheels but double the axles, screws, and washers in the event you need to replace one or one is defective.Give it a 4 of 5 as there were no instructions and cant attest to their durability yet.

My three TravelPro suitcase wheels fell apart the night before a major trip and I had to use our older Sharper Image set. When we returned I tried to buy replacement wheels from TP but they said to work with a local authorized repair shop. Their estimate started at $50 a case, depending on how long the fix would take.I found these wheels on Amazon and ordered three sets. I used my Worx cordless sawzall to remove the old wheels and these replacement wheels were a breeze to install. I was impressed that they gave me extra hardware per set. I highly recommend this product.My TravelPros now work better than new and these wheels will last a long time.

Perfect wheels! As many of the other reviewers stated, that hardest part is removing the old wheels so you have to use a hacksaw to cut through the old rivets. That was the most difficult part. The new wheels are waaaay better and more sturdy than the original samsonite wheels. Highly recommend!

The original wheels on my Samsonite bags began to disintegrate. I carefully measured and compared to the diagram provided. These wheels are a perfect fit, easy to install, looks & work better than originals. I ordered 2 sets of these & they fit both my 22” and 30” bags.I removed the old wheels by cutting the axles with a hacksaw.
