Victorinox Swiss Classic Come Apart Kitchen Shear, Packaged

Victorinox is an amazing brand. I originally got these shears as part of their box knife set, and I’ve used them for years. They’re still sharp and still cut great—but over time, the center connection wore out from repeated cleaning (you have to take them apart to wash). That’s really the only reason I replaced them.This new pair is just as excellent as the first. I trust this brand so much, I even bought the same set for my mom—and that should tell you everything you need to know. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. They’re worth it.

Quality tool, and it comes apart ingeniously for easy sharpening. All scissors should be made like this. Can't go wrong with this name brand.

I love that this brand is so sharp and will stay sharp. Fair price for good quality product. these sheers function smoothly, but they are held together with a plastic screw that requires a screw driver or butter knife to unscrew. So the blades do not easily seperate for cleaning (like most) and that is very important for sanitation.

These scissors are very sharp and perfect for kitchen tasks.

Seriously I great pair of scissors! Never thought I’ll leave a review for scissors but this is the real deal and wish everyone can have this in their kitchen! So good!

I have both these come apart scissors and the ones that do not come apart. I very much prefer the ones that do not come apart. These come apart at inopportune times. If you pick them up by one handle, the other side often separates and falls toward your feet to the floor. Also, the ones that do not come apart are not difficult to clean.
