I'm going to ask a dumb question. How do you get the bit out of the sleeve easily? I have to use pliers to yank the bit out.

After searching all over the internet for an answer, here's how I finally did it: Hold the rear of the bit with pliers, and hold the magnetic sleeve with another pliers. Pull them apart using a twisting motion. They should then come apart. After you pull them apart initially, they should separate fairly easily by hand without using pliers.

How do you get the bit out? It is impossible..

Leave the bit in the drill/impact and pull off the tip. It's snug at first. Needs a little break in
